Electrical Service Engineer
Experience: Ideal candidate
Able to fault find/ diagnostics repairs of conventional and CNC Machine tools
Able to interigate and write PLC programs using Seimens S5, S7 or Telemecanique, Mitsibushi
Conversant with CNC Control systyems and able to interigate PLC programs, control software and ladder. Heidenhain, Fanuc, Seimens, Fagor, Mazatrol
Must be time served and preferably up to date with 17th Edition electrical installation
Able to work on own initiative with good communication skills and has worked previously for either a Machine tool OEM or rebuilder/retrofitting Company.
Ideally worked in a service enviroment and used to working away from home
Additional preferred experience
Able to CAD draw electrical schematics
Electrical control design

Job description:
Assist machine tool service engineers currently employed by CNC Machine Tools Ltd.
Duties:
Carry out all duties within the rebuild center on project work, these to include
Machine tool cleaning
Machine tool strip down
Machine part repairing
Basic electrical / mechanical repairs
Collection and delivery of offsite spare parts
Assist senior engineer with duties regard all above
Attend customer site with senior engineer to carry out above duties
Report directly to senior engineer and office based service manager
